Basic congress services

The congress department arranges the comprehensive realization of congresses, conferences, workshops, special trainings, press conferences, company presentations and other events.

Among these services belong the arrangement of conference rooms and technical equipment, accommodation, catering and transport for participants, production and distribution of congress materials, registration of participants, press and information services, translation service.

Complementary congress services

For congress participants we can also offer culture programmes during their stay such as city tours, trips to significant Czech towns, visits to theatres, concerts, exhibitions, museum and other services at the customers’ wish.

In addition to congress services we offer the realization of social meetings, wedding banquets, receptions, cocktails, buffets etc.

For participants in events and for registered guests, two computers with internet connection are available.
